I've tried not to worry,

 Saying:"This is the life!" -

  But every time I tried to talk to you, 

Eh! You never had time.  
I can't listen to another lie,

 I can't pretend everything is fine.

Tell me dear, what's going on with you?

Tell me dear, what's going on inside your brain?

  My friends warned me

 To always keep an eye out.  

I had a hunch that something

 Had changed inside your heart.
 But tell me, dear, 

Where are you going in a hurry?

  Please, don't hide my truth from me

 In the form of pretty lies.
I can no longer listen to reasons, 

I can no longer believe 

That something can change.

Tell me dear, what's going on with you?

Tell me dear, what's going on inside your brain?
