I was caught in a game, A game I'll never win. The outcome is always the same And yet I play again. I never know when to quit, To sacrifice my pawn. So here I sit Letting the game go on. You sit on the throne Your lies a perfect shield. Like a mindless drone I drop the sword I weild. I must break free from your hold I'm through wasting my time I want to finally get the gold So on and on I'll climb You stay grinning Expecting my moves to stay the same But my mind is set on finally winning Because I'm tired of playing this game.

if i may, it sounds good and although there isnt realy anything wrong, the same rhyme scheme for he whole song gets (sorry for saying this) boring. you have it as (1, 2, 1, 2) but if you spiced it up with something like (1, 2, 2 ,1 ) or 1, 2, 3, 3) it would bring veriety. also, dont be afraid to put multiple rhymes in a single line example: if you could only walk in my SHOES then YOU TO would know what its like TO be BLUE just giving advice, not trying to discourage or sound mean.
