To hide my worries

Smiling all day
To heal my wounds

Smiling all day 
To conceal my misfortunes

What's hidden behind the smile?
No one cares to know

I sat all through the night
Searching for some answers

All I could hear
Were the whispers of nightfall

All I could see
Were insects fricking in delight

I waited for the day to dawn
So I could smile again
