There are things I want to forget but even so,

 They come to my mind. 

 There are people I don't want to think about,

 But even so, they cross my thoughts. 
 There are moments that I try

 To wipe with the sponge, 

But like a wave it hits my soul

Over and over...
 There are moments, years, people

 Who were part of my breath.

But I try to ignore my feelings,

Being better for myself their lack.

That I am trying now to ignore completely.
