I hope my friends                            
Make some type
of sense in this life.

I hope I'm given 
strength to build
defense inside.

I hope my arrogance 
doesn't bring offense,
because I know I got
too much pride.

I hope I don't kill myself 
cause I can't lie,
I think about it sometimes.

But I know it's foolish,
And I can't let go,
And I won't till I'm 
old.
