They had to break my bonesTo understand how fragileI am in the hands of criminals.I had to set my heart on fireTo stop feeling love and desires.I'm fine, but I've had better days in the past,While they look for another victim,I spend my life in the coolest place.I had to cry to feel the bitter taste of pain,I had to make mistakes to understandThe lesson that life has prepared for me.I had to see even when I had my eyes closed,I had to move on even if I was never whole after.I had to understand that what I wantIs not good or me,And I understood all these thingsIn the most painful mood.
