When they see you capable.  
Let them tell you what they want,
 You don't have to believe that they are saying.

 Trust yourself, you can do more than you think,
 You can move mountains if that is your wish. 
 If you can't run, go slow.
  If you can't do well the first time, 
Try again a second time.
