Hermione POV
    I smiled at Draco and even though I knew it never could ever happen I can have fantasies can't I? 
    Ever since first year I was in love with   Draco. Now it's fourth year. And I haven't decided to build on it til now. 
     He just has that bad boy charm and I ask what girl doesn't like that? He's cute and funny according to the people who know him well.
     I'm going to ask him to the Yule Ball, I told myself. It wasn't going to be easy seeing as he's always with those two dimwits, Crabbe and Goyle and I barely see him but I was going to do it. 
Draco POV
"God Granger why do you have to be so pretty and smart?" 
Granger was definitely going to be my date for the Yule ball.... somehow. I've had a hard time figuring out how and when I was going to do it put I was.
Maybe after potions I could ask her i thought to myself. I thought long and hard but nothing came to mind. I now I'll find a way though. 
"I've got it!" I exclaimed. Everyone in the common room turned to me but I acted like nothing happened and carried on with my "school work". If I can find Granger right before the great hall I could ask her, but she can't be with Potty or Weasel... "Crabbe, Goyle" I called the two over," I need you to distract Potter and Weasel away from Granger before they enter the great hall but after potions tomorrow. Don't question just do and,uh, thanks." They walked off shortly after but I know they would cooperate.
