I Will Stand by You

During the times we are apart is when I miss you and when I'm sure I'm alone I cry and turn blue

Your name and honor I defend on this matter I will not bend

I believe in you without any reservations in my mind that you have what it takes to get to the finish line

You are a shining star that can be seen from afar

If you would only believe in yourself that you are a hardworking and honest and kind and soon one day everyone will see how brightly you shine

I have looked into your eyes I see that your spirit is true and shall remain that way as long as the sky stays blue

Oh, you try to hide from your destiny because you can't face reality

Oh, don't you worry about me I am your rock I am as strong as a tree

That has roots they go deep down into the ground and there is not a thing alive that can push this man around

I will stand by you till the end No matter what anyone tells me I will not bend

If you get lost on your way and fine yourself in a place where there is no day

You beware in this darkness evil dwells find a safe place and listen for my horrific yell

Like a prize fighter coming out to fight at the sound of a bell you know I'm on my way to get you from hell

I'll bring you back home even if I have to fight every last demon that comes within my sight

If they have you locked away without a key don't you worry, I will set you free

Even if I have to fight the Devil at his door until he is no more

I will stand by you till the end no matter what anyone tells me I will not bend

I'll be there when you get tired and sit on a wall I will be there when you fall

I will help you up and let drink some water from my cup

I will teach you how to stand up straight and tall so you can walk and never get tired and fall
