There comes a day when you have to let go
 Of the hand that no longer wants to belong
 To your numb touching- over there.
  
There comes a day when you realize 
That the lips you kissed thousands of times, 
Now belong to the lips of a stranger 
Who no longer fits to your requirements.  

There comes a day when you realize
 That the person you cried for nights and days,
 Doesn't even remember your birthday.

And you realize 
How many beautiful moments lost, 
How many people you drove away, 
Because in the end, to be left alone.

  You realized that you cried 
For someone who never made you smile.
You felt pain for someone 
Who chose to break your soul.

You remained in an unhealthy relationship
 That ended much too quickly,
When you could have been happy with someone
 Who would have deserved your love.
