Step 1:
Take a bowl and add in it:
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
mix well.
Now add:
4 tbsp oil
again mix well
Now add: 
1 cup and 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1pinch salt
1tsp baking powder
4 tbsp milk
mix apl ingredients well.
Now add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

Step 2:
Put the batter in a pot greased with butter.

Step 3:
Turn on the stove.
Cover heavy lid on the pot.
Cook for 15 minutes on low flame.

Step 4:
After 15 miutes turn off the flame. Put a tissue paper or kitchen paper or any piece of cloth between pot and lid. 
Rest the cake for 5 minutes.

You can decorate your cake with cream and any frosting that you like.
