I'm waiting for you,
 But in the meantime I have to live my life too.  
I'm waiting for you, but I won't let my eyes 
Cry with tears of blood over my laugh, for you. 

 I'm waiting for you, 
But I want to stay the same
 As I was before we met. 
I'm waiting for you, 
But this life is made for me. 

 My heart got used to living alone,
 My lips haven't kissed other lips in a long time. 
 I'm used to your absence, 
Because you've been away so long.  
My eyes got used to not seeing anyone...

  I'm waiting for you,
 But I have no hope,
 Maybe you'll come on time, 
Maybe you'll never be there for me.
