This story may sound strange, mainly cause it's written by a demon. And I don't mean some ugly thing that crawls around hunting for its next meal. I, unlike most have gotten along with humans, mostly cause I look like one. Yeah I'm a shape shifter. I had lost my family when I was young, and all I can remember is my mums scream, my brothers face and the name Sakura. Pretty stupid huh?

My whole life I went on living, without a clue as to who I was, or what I was. The day I lost my family, I had two choices stay and die with them, or run away. You can kinda guess what I chose. When i was young i would always get scared than i would run and hide from everything and everyone. And when that day came, all i could do... was run.

After i watched my family die before my eyes, i ran. But this time someone found me. I couldn't run I had no choice, but to try and fight back. Unfortunately I was to weak and they got a hold of me. They took me somewhere. I was scared, to scared to do anything. All I did was sit there silently. 

I wouldn't let anyone touch me, and when they did, I would bite and wouldn't let go until they started to bleed. I wouldnt sleep, I barley ate, and I was alone. A few years had past and a man decided to buy me. I had no idea but he took me home. When we got there, he would try to make me do things, things that I will not speak of. I did eventually get away, I ended up living in an alleyway for a few months. 

Ever since i started living there, these stray dogs would come to comfort me. And than one day a man found me, the dogs wouldn't him near me. But he seemed different to me, not like other humans. I decided that if he didn't give up on me, I would let him help. 

He attempted to get to me threw the dogs, but failed. He than walked away, than I thought "Of course he did... why would he help a demon?" But he came back. He had placed some water a treats on the ground to destract the dogs. And reached for my hand. I took his and we stood at the front of the alley. Hen asked if I knew where my parents are. But I didn't respond, I just looked at the ground.

He had accepted the fact that I wouldn't speak to him, than walked me to a lovely looking house, with a cafe next to it. He took me inside, and asked if I wanted to have a shower. I hesitated for a while but after a while I noded. He showed me where the bathroom was and left me to take a shower. After I left the shower he presented some close to me. At first I was confused, but eventually put them on.

He than told me that his name was Haru. And asked what mine was, I didn't remember my name, so I used the name Sakura. I didn't know what Sakura meant, but it didn't really bother me. Not to long after I got used to being around Haru, he decided that I should go to school. I didn't like the idea of meeting new people. But I agreed cause I thought it would make Haru happy. I did eventually get used to the idea of having others around me, but I never really spoked  anyone.

I had reached highschool and had always gotten top of the school. I was smarter than any human. I was to smart, I started to get bored of school, Haru says that I get bored because I don't have any friends. But I didn't need friends, I had Haru, why would I need any friends. I didn't want to make Haru upset, so I accepted the fact that I need friends. I tried my best to meet people but no one would talk to me, all because I was a demon. I didn't understand why, I looked just like them, the only difference was my ears. I had wolf ears cause that is the only part of my body that I could not change.

I ended up sitting on the roof of the school, alone. I would sometimes skip class and go to the roof to relax. Than one day someone came to the roof. He didn't seem normal, but I ignored him. Things like him didn't interest me. He introduced himself as, Makoto. I introduced myself, and we started to talk. Everyday he would meet me at the roof. I didn't trust him, but I pretended I liked his company. Not long after I met Makoto, the school was attacked. This time it was a demon, a demon that was hunting for its next meal.

At first of looked like the demon was after me. But than Makoto, made a sword appear out of no where. He used it to start fighting back with the demon. After he finished with the demon, he turned to me.
