I had her in my arms, 

 But I didn't have her love. 
 I tasted the sweet-bitter kiss, 

But I couldn't keep it 

In my life for too long. 
 I heard her voice many times, 

But I could not find out her inner feelings.  
I made her laugh many times, 

But she never told me 

Why she kept also the sadness.
  I touched her body, 

But I did not find her soul there. 

 She kept it hidden 

To never find it.
