In the midst of winter My soul is on fire Feeling like summer Cooling my face As I  close my eyes Inhaling the air That swirls all around And exhale the frost Like a long puff of smoke Alive and well Twirling and singing On snowcapped mountains As dancing snow flakes Fall down from heaven At the tip of my tongue Waiting to tell A song to be sung A peaceful dream Under the moon And twinkling stars A beautiful peace From morning til night As she sleeps.
