You turn my nights into days 
And my days into nights.
Sometimes I don't even know
 What time the clock says.  

You turn the fire in my heart to ashes, 
Because you never know 
How to keep love safe,
 How to love me more, 
How to be just for myself.

  I turn into the man invisible to you, 
When you ignore me for days
 To talk with your friend or with somebody new.

 You don't even want to know 
Anything about me, 
And that brings me closer
To the clutches of death.

  You turn words into sharp swords, 
You turn my smile into bloody tears.

You turn my nights into days 
And my days into nights.
