I was afraid of losing and I lost anyway, 
I was afraid of being hurt if I loved,
 And I was hurt anyway.  

I was afraid that any dream 
Would end at some point,
And it ended anyway,
 Before I started living it.  

I was afraid so many times
 That I forgot to live the freedom,
 Until I put all my fears aside
 And started living my life- 
In the way I always "dreamed" -
From the start.
