     The past nine days have been a nightmare. The crops and the food supply are depleted; I suspect gargoyles. I suppose the only good thing that came out of this is that I am beginning to understand my powers more clearly. I also found my mother's journal. It contained many things that I wouldn't have known existed in this world.(legends to some people).
