How can you explain to someone what is going on inside your head, when there are no words to describe it. If they could only spend a few minutes in your head they would break down in tears . On the outside your smiling but on the inside your drowning ......How can you explain to someone that you are sad for no reason or that you can't get out of bed, that you are emotionally and fiscally tired. That every night you cry yourself to sleep. People don't understand the struggle to wake up every morning and not have the energy to even get out of bed . Not everybody will understand , and it is ok
