I would like to be a peace song 
On the lips of children. 
A foot-moving dance 
To the rhythm of "Jerusalema".  

I would like to be a rainbow 
After every storm in someone's soul.
 I would like to be a writer about the life 
Of every humble heart,
That has touched this earth with bleeding feet.

 I would like to be more than God allows me, 
I would like to be the molecule of water
Absorbed by your thirsty cells.

  I would like to break the connection of hatred
 That suffocates our lungs.
 I would like us to feel free,
 Dancing together until moonlight.

 Let the blood unite us,
 Beyond the color of the bodies.
Let the love paint our feelings
 Only In humanity and union.
