Ever heard about the story of Pandora,
A girl given a box by Zeus and told never to open it,
Curiosity got over her and she opened it,
You know nothing good comes with disobedience,
And I am not saying curiosity is bad,
What happens next is just a misfortune for real.

When Pandora opened that box,
She released every misery known on this earth,
I am not concerned about those miseries,
What I am interested in what remained in that box after the miseries were gone,
Pandora opened the box again,
And the last creature left in that box was HOPE,
When everything else is gone,I will always be with you in every situation,
Hope said that to Pandora.

So today I want to talk about HOPE,
The Oxford dictionary defines hope as,
A feeling of expectation and desire for a particular thing to happen,
But to me the best definition lies in Hebrews 11:1,
Assurance of things hoped for and conviction of things not seen,
Dont get me wrong here,hope and faith go hand in hand.

It is hope that keeps us going when we cant seem to find our way,
It is hope that lightens up our world when darkness seems to creep in,
When we reach what seems to be an end,
Hope tells us that is not the end,
Hope gives us the strength to fight for what seems unachievable to others.

I know sufferings sucks,
But do you want to know something else,
Suffering without having hope sucks even more,
No matter what happens to you,
I pray that you dont lose this little creature called HOPE,
Coz it makes life a little comfortable despite all these miseries,
I hope you will have a hopeful day.
