Where the apples fallBouncing like so many ballsSettling at lastAlong come the intrudersFrom land and airThey all enjoy and shareThe crop is ruinedAnd the fruit is pollutedInfiltration is executedWhomsoever thought they were stupidThe human was the thickestOutsmarted by the insectThe worm and slaterWere there laterFirst to arrive was the flyInserts it's eggs where the fruit lieThe damage was doneThe fruit fly had wonFour seasons would passOnce again the insects arriveThey always surviveThough Orchardist did striveThe insects were always aliveAgain, came the flies© All rights reserved.
