Emotions can trap you inside yourself. Your chest felt small as you tired to breath and the one moment you had to scream, nothing came out. You cried for hours kneeling in a field begging to scream, but still nothing escaped your thoat except soft sobs. That moment you thought you were alone, no, no one is ever alone because you survived that moment in time when you thought you wouldn't and now here you are thinking back on it. You were there. You survived not screaming and now you know that if would have someone could have heard you, but you didn't need someone to save you then. You had to save yourself and you did.
