Should the travels be as thoughtOr even if they are as soughtWith danger they may be fraughtSo we set sail for the beauty northwardAlways accompanied by a shorebirdThen our course it was alteredAs the cyclone blew, it never falteredThe destination was now differentCruise companions became beligerentUpset travellers, there were manyTo avoid them we were readyOf cyclones and Mother NatureThere are no forces that are greaterThan those imagined by our creatorSo the weather became our curatorForced to travel south againWe still encountered pelting rainI wish we could travel by planeWill not make the mistake again© Hamish McKenna
