This is for all the people quoting the words "All Lives Matter." I understand that each and every person has their own life. And that every single one of those lives is important. All lives do matter. BUT, not all lives are in danger. Black lives are. The people of the BLM movement are simply stating that they don't deserve to be treated as "unimportant" compared to people with lighter skin than them. No black person is saying that they are more important than people of other skin colors, but instead stating that their lives matter just as much as anyone else's. Not all lives have to fight for the rights they deserve. Not all lives have to suffer through days, months, or even years of racial discrimination. Not all lives are constantly being disrespected because of the color of their skin. And not all lives are hurting. Black Lives are. Think about that.
