As she lay there, knowing she was ready to meet her maker. Praying that she would miraculously recover, and live. In her eyes, she was saying, God take me now. For she couldn't bare no more suffering. We would never give this a second thought that day, but it stays in my mind for a reason. Grace showed up out of the blue for a reason. This verse reminded me of that fateful day: Like a deer drinking from a stream, I reach out to you, my God. My soul thirsts for the living God. When can I go meet with him? (Psalm42:1-2). When I read this Grace came to mind. Thinking of those eyes of mercy, and God's grace embracing her as she is ready to meet her maker. As the shots rang out, my heart went to my stomach. She would suffer no more. For she had no fear. She was ready to meet her maker, and didn't run.For people hunt deer all the time. She came not to be hunted, but to bring a sacrifice of God's love and mercy. Seeking God's grace for peace. Thank you Jesus for showing how great your grace and mercy is. For showing your glory. For we just cannot comprehend just how good it is, but to have the faith to know it is there. Unaware of the mess, that was made into a message. The End. By: C. A. Morrisette.
