Based off this I am breaking 
my probation terms by 
being on this app. 
So this is my last story 
until I either get off probation 
or be exonerated based 
off my lawyer in my case 
misconduct and 
withholding evidence from the DA. 
He agreed with me that the lady in 
the court room wasn't who
 I contacted, 
was suppose to get it dropped,
 but instead had the judge find me 
incompetent. 
Then told me that "Even if the lady
 in the court room isn't 
who you contacted you still have
 to pay for your crime." 
Lady never called the cops, 
my ex boss did, cop 
who arrested me falsified 
the discovery, etc...
 I am charged with a PC 422,
 which is
 "Threats with the intent to harm"
 in order to get this charge you
 have to be in the process of
 following through with the threat, 
they arrested me within a 
half hour and I even stated in 
the report I had no intention of 
hurting anyone. It's a hate crime 
done on me for exploiting crimes 
my town does online 
I investigated. I will go to jail, 
I'm guilty of breaking my probation
 even though it wasn't intentionally.
 Unlike most in our country 
I feel if Ido the crime, 
then I should do my time.

for I just reported my lawyer 
for the hate crime he pulled on me.
