The sun sets along the west;
Out of the clouds come he...

Making a beautiful canvas
of the terrible vermillion;
Make it look like a palette
of vermillion on the bride's forehead.

The trees are like the people invited 
to shower their blessings on the couple:
Staring at the shy -bride -smile...
The birds fly around 
Like the thrilling sound of the shehnai.

Suddenly,a patch of darkness 
spread around the place.
All become quiet ..
But the surroundings smile again ,
With the chirp of the tiny birds.

But nothing lasts for long...
The birds fly away,
The surroundings become still;
The stillness of the darkness 
would always make everyone sad...

Out of the sadness,
Came out the motherly moon..
To compensate the sadness of her beings.
To make them smile again.

As there's always someone 
to light up your mood.
There's always someone just right for you...


Even in this world of imperfection;
Even in this shell of stillness..
