Today's song of the day is Heat Wave. Written in 1963 by Holland/Dozier/Holland the most famous and popular version of the song was performed by Motown group Martha Reeves and the Vandellas and spent 4 weeks at number 1. It is also one of my favorite songs ever. The song was also covered by Linda Ronstadt and Phil Collins among others. Let me know what you think.
