Sitting alone make me think that Being honest may keep you down but it always keeps you up in your own view 
Sitting alone make me think their is many versions of us, we should bring out the childish and happier one.. 
These many years I understood if you need someone to listen you, be the one first.
No body is better listener than you yourself
