Fake President thinks that some Americans that serve their country in the military are a "burden". The "burdens" he ostracizes are Trans. 

If the Trans in the military are a burden on our country, is a man who gets five deferrals over a self described "foot thing" to avoid serving in the military a non-burden? 

For those of you encapsulated in the fake news bubble, the five time draft evading man I speak of is none other than Fake President himself.
