I was still a child, 
but one kiss was all it took.
One kiss and you had me.
Body, mind, heart and soul.
You became the other half of me.
Without you I can never be whole.

Whenever you were near
I have this deep longing to hold you,
because you are still part of me.
After all these years and you will always be.
There are times I feel so alone.
When I may never speak to you.
Whatever you say about me or to me.
Your words does not turn this heart to stone.

Till my last breath you will always be
my other half.
Part of me.
