My mind goes to the dark places of the heart,
 Trying to get you out.
  I drink the memories with you,
 They make me feel alright.

  My soul wants to run away, 
To get rid of your tracks.  
Only my death will be the escape 
From this inevitable crushing. 

 My heart is awake, 
My heart is pounding, 
Your name is written in white
 On my bleeding shoulders. 

 Darkness is the curtain I wear, 
Mourning for my lost soul.
I am afraid of the dark, 
Knowing that the darkness represents you.  

No one to talk to, 
No one to understand me,
 You are the darkness,
 I want to be the light that passes through you.

  My mind goes through the dark places of the heart, 
The heart runs to the soul. 
 The soul already knows 
That the dark place is you.
