Today's song of the day is My Generation by the Who. Written in 1965 by Pete Townshend and released the same year by the Who, it ushered in a heavier sound that would become a staple in both Brit and USA rock and roll by bands like the Kinks and the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Even the Beatles and the Rolling Stones would become a little heavier thanks to the Who and their influence and My Generation is the song that started it all. Let me know what you think.
