Frankenstein's Monster Read Count : 135

Your touch still lingers on my body-

You love it that I wither in fire.

Each second I endure bravely

Gritting my teeth, envisioning my every desire,

But hope runs away.

No one could love a disease.

I’m a monster,

Scared and tarnished,

With a soul that glimmers

But a mind that is famished.

I could never get away from you

No matter how hard I tried.

I kept finding paradise in your spiritless hue;

Each time I died.

When I got away

I never imagined things could get worse,

But you left me cursed,

Only to be with you until the end of days.
