Yesterday's gladness,
Is today's sadness,
I feel the need to cry,
But I don't know why,
These blindsiding episodes,
Make me explode 
Into an endless flow of tears,
I pray that it goes away,
Sometimes it lasts for days,
Off & on until it's gone,
The unforeseen attacks
With no time to react.
Destroys every bit of joy
That's left in me.
