I have scattered my soul in thousands of places
That I have seen through the blind eyes
Of my own person.I gathered my energy from their negativity,
Telling myself that I would never get
The true place where I always belong.I shed all the tears gathered from my eyelashes,
To wash my soul in the memory
Of what I was born yesterday.I wiped poisonous kisses from my lips,
Received on the cheek,
From people who betrayed my confidence.They shook my mind and told me
I wasn't thinking right,
And that I needed to change my life.I bandaged my wounds with my bleeding hands,
Letting my body lie in my blood.
I'm just a dust over a sea of people
Heading to long-forgotten places.
