Quiently I sit inside my mind and watch my life burn through my  soul like a burning match 
Crave life I saw on your face that said we would see tomorrow 
Every step I take I feel your shadow on my heart 
The distant whisper of your voice remembers the connection 
Clinging to hope found then lost
Crushing me like thunder inside my storm
You had it all within you and I built my heart around your heart
You tore your heart away to a world above
