Did you know that sins only exist among the religious, from what the dictionary says? So see a sin is an action that man makes you feel guilty for in order to control that action and get you to stop repeating it in society. When you stop repeating things in your life that cause you suffering and turmoil, you will finally learn what peace is within as well as without. By holding onto things that only cause pain within keeps you from enjoying your life on the outside. I should know, I'm someone who has let man keep her suffering in pain daily.
