Maybe I have stayed alone
For so long,
That I no longer know
How to live a man to man life.

Maybe I have stayed alone
Fearing to convert to an extrovert,
As I am an introvert
And the world says, "Be yourself!"

Maybe I have stayed alone
Because of the pain
Which was inflicted in my heart,
That I fear loving again is vain.

Maybe I have stayed alone
Because I don't know how
To fully express myself
When am pushed to the wall.

Maybe I have stayed alone
Since I was unlucky and lacked,
Only darkness filled the void
As the stars,it's I they avoided.

Maybe I have stayed alone,
As once I was altruistic
But now I am cynic,
For people around me are egoistic.

Maybe I have stayed alone
As I am the root problem
In other people's lives
And they up root me whenever.

Maybe I have stayed alone,
As into the world I came alone
And out of it, I'll be alone
But before I leave,
I no longer want to live
    Alone!
