We quarreled yesterday, 
We quarrel today, 
Only quarrels lately.  
Does our love end in hatred, my love?

  You act like you're expecting
 A better one in your life,
 And I'm still waiting 
For things to change in my life. 

 Maybe we both want different things,
 But we don't have the courage to talk about it. 
 We quarrel over everything, 
Becoming two strangers, 
The screams stain our souls, 
Leaving us wounded. 

 I am hurt and I hurt you, 
You suffer and you make me suffer too.  
We both deserve happiness,
 And if we can't have it together, 
We try separately, 
And that dries our hearts out.
