Lady Of The Slumbering Hills Read Count : 91

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
Her dreary words, they cloud my mind
A viel of promise and truth
Though soothing to the touch she is
She be enraptured in innocent youth

Her whispers skew my judgement
And her touch puts me astray
Her absence is almost pungent
On many an autumn day

Though her hair of slik, and her skin thus glow
None may enjoy this sight
For in that second, she leads you to sleep
In the slumbering arms of the night
