Critical thinking is the ability and willingness to assess claims and make judgments  on the basis of well-supported research.


1. Ask questions; be willing to wonder
 2. Define your terms
3. Examine the evidence
4. Analyze assumptions and biases: falsifiability is a good practice!
 5. Avoid being emotional  
 6. Don’t oversimplify
 7. Consider other interpretations
 8. Tolerate uncertainty


Critical thinking is the ability to think clearly and rationally. It includes the ability to engage in reflective and independent thinking. 


1. understand the logical connections between ideas 
2. identify, construct and evaluate arguments 
3. detect inconsistencies and common mistakes in reasoning 
4. solve problems systematically 
5. identify the relevance and importance of ideas 
6. reflect on the justification of one's own beliefs and values


My plan is to use these listed critical thinking skills to fuse Buddhist principals of self-develepnent and States of being, self-actualization, the hirachy of needs and different Cognitive behavioral therapies. My goal Is to birth an evolved system, a supior path to walk
