I want to send a shout out
To the woman that saved my life
I may not have come from you directly
But you gave me a chance at life
From the age of three you raised me
Like I was your very own
Thank you for accepting me
And giving me a home

We've seen a lot of heartache
We've seen a lot of hurt
But you taught me right from wrong
And showed me what I'm worth
I know that I'm not perfect
Thank you so much for loving me
