That year's graduating class of soldiers
Full of hope, ambition and desperation
They were ready to live, and they did
[But] no one can live forever

They started falling down one by one
Those on the frontline dropped first, they exposed themselves too much
Some made peace with their fall and others didn't
I know how to survive and be the last man standing, but I wish I didn't

The problem is that I want to live forever for them, and for them only
And I know i'll achieve this but it's gonna be lonely
