  • 1.5 cup chopped spinach
  • 1cup gram flour
  • 1tsp chopped green chilli 
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4tsp turmeric powder 
  • Water as required to make a thick paste 
  • Oil as required to deep fry the dumplings 


  • In a bowl take chopped spinach, gram flour, chopped green chilli, salt to taste, turmeric powder and mix well. 
  • After mixing add water in it as required to make a thick paste and again mix well
  • Batter is ready now he the pan in a medium flame and start deep frying the balls of the batter of spinach
  • When the colour of the balls of spinach turns golden brown take out your dumplings and serve it with the sausage which you like
