soft as an earth flower 
and brimming with power
the foundation of humanity
history’s oppression; insanity
we are the strong willed
our freedom can't be killed
society tries
to fill us with lies
to keep us hidden, 
enslaved to what they’ve bidden 
our bodies creating new life
yet equality is never rife
men and women are impartial
so why are we fearful? 
to be a female
doesn't mean to be frail
we are capable
and prejudice escapable
