Do you have a fear. Dont be "afraid" (see what i did there) everyone has a fear of something nobodys perfect. To be fully honest i was afraid of insects and i still am today but like a quote in a show called "liv and maddie" (i know what your thinking. Hahahahaah wow he whatches that yes i do) "fear is just another reason to try harder" and thats really inspirational and shows that fear isnt real. It cant hurt you. But you can hurt yourself if it gets out of hand. But not only physically but mentaly as well. So if you have a fear try to face it as far as you can and remember "fear is another thing to try harder.
