Two years since she last penned down something that was liberating. She  has been dealing with a lot; mentally.
All of the adulting catching up with her. 25 going 26 and a lot has happened to really fuck with her mind, from boys to trying to be self accomplished.
That night she was seated alone on the couch, the light was bright in the living room, listening to some Sabrina Claudio, there was something about her music. She had been having headaches for a couple of days but they wouldn't go away. This night a lot of reasons why she'd been having them crossed her mind and for a brief second a couple of ideas came up, fear ran through her, she felt it in her mind. It was scary, it felt like she was about to collapse, like something bad was about to happen, she couldn't sit still, her fear was overboard. She ran downstairs  scared, like someone was behind her, she was panicking. Her sister was supposed to have been back by now but she wasn't, it frightened to be alone. Two months later, she was here, battling anxiety, in the midst of covid -19.
Only the mighty one can heal her, she's trying to heal herself too, day by day. To take it easy and be grateful for each second she hasn't been caught up in the fear.
Welcome back my love, write your heart out, you've got so much to say
