I'm sorry to say but anyone and I do mean anyone out there in this very fucked up world who actually says that they love as well as care about someone you would trust that they are one hundred percent not just honest but faithful to you as well with out any questions or doubts weather or not that they were being hundred percent honest as well as faithful to you cause you should know deep down about the person whom you say that you love as well as care about that they would never be decitful to you as you'll do the same for them if the love between the two of you is equal
